Refund Policy

• "Card processing fees" refers to both the merchant fees (for the purchase and refund transactions) and the administration costs in cancelling your product and/or service. The card processing fee for all refunds will be £10.
• Any account credit over £20 purchased by the customer (i.e. not part of a special offer or incentive) is eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. Account credit expires after an account is inactive for 12 months (i.e. no recorded order).
• In the event that you make a purchase of a Company incorporation pack but then change your mind prior to the submission of the Company details to Companies House we will refund all monies paid to us with the subtraction £10.00 administration charge.
• No refunds are available in respect of parts of a package.
• Other products and services will be refunded (minus card processing fees where applicable and minus the value of the service that is provided up to the point you cancel) provided we are notified within 14 days of the purchase taking place.

Requesting a Refund

If you require a refund you must send your request to  support@premiercompanyformation.co.uk  along with the order number and attaching the purchase invoice within the email. We would also require the reason for refund.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed and it will appear in your bank account with 4-5 working days depending on your bank. Further if the payment was made through PayPal it will reflect on your account in 48 hours.
